Charles Maund Body Shop works with all insurance companies. We will help assist you through the process of communicating with your insurance company from the initial appraisal, including detecting necessary repairs that are often overlooked. We will request a supplement on your behalf  for any unseen or overlooked items by the insurance adjuster. This will allow us to repair your car properly to pre- loss condition without you having to pay any more than your deductible.  We will gladly assist you with rental car arrangements while your car is being repaired. 

We recommend the use of OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts which we will always use unless you or your insurance specifies differently. Many policies have clauses that allow or suggest the use of non OEM parts. These parts are called aftermarket, reconditioned, or LKQ (used…like kind quality). If the insurance company includes anything other than OEM parts you will be informed before the work is done so that we can discuss your options. 

We will repair your car to pre-accident condition and keep you informed as the car progresses through the repair process. Circumstances such as part availability and supplemental approvals will sometimes extend the repair time, however we will always do the repair in a professional and in timely manner.

We have all of the latest equipment, including two brand new 2008 car-o-liner frame machine's with computerized electronic measuring system, three state of the art downdraft paint booths, we also use Spies-Heckler which is the leading paint in the industry and approved refinish product for Jaguar, Toyota, VW, and Honda.
